Overview

kidcue respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect account details (such as email or phone number), the parenting moments and notes you submit, usage data, and basic device or browser information needed to run the app.

How we use information

We use your information to provide coaching notes and follow-up replies, save your notes, improve the service, prevent abuse, and send optional reminders you request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers such as Firebase, Stripe, and analytics tools to host data, process payments, and understand product usage. They may process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive billing-related information such as your subscription status, Stripe customer ID, checkout session ID, and the email used at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number. We link your account ID to Stripe checkout so we can activate your paid plan after payment. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

Retention

We keep your account and saved notes while your account is active. You may delete saved notes from the app. We may retain limited logs for security and legal compliance.

Your choices

You can sign out, stop using the service, or contact us to ask about your data. Some features require an account and saved data to work.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy. Questions: kidcueapp@gmail.com.
